I ordered this coat in 2X as I wanted to make sure I could wear a sweater or heavy flannel shirt underneath else their 1X would also be a good choice. It fits great. I am not sure which leather it is but it feels premium. It also smells like well tanned one. I think it will be enough for spending the winter in Syracuse, NY. Highly recommended. I'd give it an extra star if I could.
