Our Hassle-Free Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy  
At MovieStarJacket, we care about your satisfaction and support the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, our simple policy makes it easy to return, exchange, or get a refund. This policy ensures transparency with clear and friendly terms.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges  

Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. Just contact us within this time to start the process.  
Eligible Items: Most items qualify, but please note the limitations below.  
Process:  
Contact: Please email our support team at info@moviestarjacket.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. We'll give you an RMA number and instructions.  
Ship It Back: Pack it securely and send it to the address we provide. Include the RMA number and original order details.  
Inspection: Once we receive it, we will check the item within 2-3 business days to confirm it meets our condition requirements.  

Shipping Costs  

Customer Responsibility: For regular returns or exchanges (like change of mind or wrong size selected), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not cover these expenses.  
Our Coverage: If the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (for example, if we sent you the wrong item), we will cover all return shipping costs, plus any replacement or refund. Contact us right away for a prepaid shipping label.  

Condition of Returned Items  
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your item must be received in the following condition:  

• Unused and unworn, with any original protective items included (if applicable).  
  - In the same condition, including all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.  
  - Free from any damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear.

Refunds  

Returns Policy: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.  
Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund for the item price, excluding the initial shipping cost, unless the return is due to our mistake. Taxes or duties will also be refunded if applicable.  
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the new item at our expense once the return has been processed (if it's eligible). Exchanges depend on availability.  

Limitations and Exclusions  

Return Limit: We allow a maximum of two items returned or exchanged per order to ensure fairness.  
Non-Returnable Items:  
- Custom or personalized goods, which are products made to your specifications or measurements and cannot be resold.  
- Final sale items, which are clearly marked as such at purchase.  

International Returns: For orders shipped internationally, you are responsible for any customs fees or duties on returns. We suggest using tracked shipping for your protection.  

Lost or Delayed Returns: We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
